'Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout '

'Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good.'

'First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. 'The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. '
