Lofts Orizon offers you this brand-new 500-square-foot loft in the heart of downtown, a true gem combining simplicity and modernity. Built in 2024, this loft offers exceptional comfort with private access.


The loft:

● The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. With a complete kitchen set, it will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes in the comfort of your accommodation for at least 4 people.

● For sleeping, the loft features an ultra-comfortable Queen bed with memory foam, guaranteeing peaceful nights. N.B.: The bedroom area is open-plan. As for the living area, it is equipped with a double sofa bed with memory foam for 2 additional guests.

● For your entertainment, you`ll find a 50” Samsung smart TV in addition to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

● The private bathroom is equipped with a super bath shower, washer/dryer, soft towels and personal hygiene products. You`ll also find a hair dryer.

● The loft features beautiful windows that bring in natural light creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Designed for your comfort with heating, ventilation and air conditioning, you`ll be able to adjust the room temperature to your liking.


Traveler access:

● 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive your own personal 4-digit code allowing access to your loft. Please note that the loft has a separate entrance from the building.

● Free parking: a parking space is available right next to your front door. The parking lot is marked “100”.
