Located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Riga, you have everything you need within a 5-minute radius – shops, pharmacies, and public transport. Nestled within a secure courtyard, this meticulously designed space offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, and convenient parking.

The space
The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all you need, especially if you're traveling with children.

As you step inside, you'll be transported into a delightful candy-shop atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully curated to enchant you. Muted colours combine to create a chic and glamorous ambiance with a playful touch of humour.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a Miele refrigerator, cooking basics (including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper), dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a dishwasher, a Miele induction stove and oven, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker (espresso machine), and all the coffee you need.

For your bedroom and laundry needs, we provide a free washer and dryer in the unit. You'll also find hangers, H&M HOME bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, an iron, a drying rack for clothing, a safe, as well as a walk-in closet.

In the bathroom, you'll find a bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, STENDERS shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Entertainment options include a TV, Marshall sound system with Bluetooth and aux capabilities, and a selection of books and reading material.

Families are warmly welcomed, and we cater to your needs with a crib (available upon request), children’s books and toys for various age groups, a standalone high chair (available upon request), a baby bath (available upon request), children’s dinnerware, a baby monitor (available upon request), window guards, and a selection of board games. The apartment is accessed through a gated street entrance. The building features an elevator with a spacious doorway for easy access. Outdoors, you can enjoy the shared backyard, fully fenced for your privacy.

You can self check-in using a lockbox 24/7. Free on-site parking is provided. Additional services are available, such as luggage dropoff, long-term stays (28 days or more), and cleaning during your stay.
