« Our stay at Simplicity House was a short one, but very comfortable and well appointed! We chose this home because of the 3 en suites and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean and expertly decorated. The location was very accurate - everything Magnolia was literally minutes away. It was terribly hot outside, but inside was nice and cool. The rear deck was private and a nice place to relax with a coffee or wine! Charmaine was very gracious and informative and a great host. If we ever make...

« Had family come into town for a HS Graduation and this quaint house was perfect. Big open area(Kitchen/Dinning Room/Living Room) was perfect for our family gathering. The hot tub/spa was nice and the secure parking was a bonus. This fit perfect for the 10 of us. The requirements for departure was very simple and easy. If the need arises again we will reserve this place without hesitation. Good job with your rental team. Thanks again »
