Thank you for letting us know, we are hopeful that we were able to address these issues while you were here, the rooms are required to be stocked with 3 towels by our brand but we did get in new pumps recently. We have passed the concern of long wait times for cars to our valet company to address although we are looking for an answer to better serve our guests. Housekeeping service is set to daily service, we have been told that this is being actively completed and unsure if you were missed.

Thank you for staying, we know that there is an issue with a fire alarm any time but especially at 9am on Sunday morning. The alarm was valid as someone was walking through the hallway smoking, however the team at the desk may not have had that information at the time. We will address with the team at the desk to be more prepared with what to do in a fire alarm situation. Thank you for staying and for reporting a bad smell in the room so we can address.
