« The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. « We visited Savannah to tour SCAD with our Daughter and this was an amazing location and property. We knew we did not want to stay in a normal hotel and experience the character of the city. Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! »

« Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable! »

« The host, Chase, was very responsive to all of my questions. The accommodations were everything I hoped for. Very close to everything I wanted to see, and do. Once parked, we never moved the car because everything was walkable. Would love to return to Savannah and would definitely stay here again. »

« What a quaint, cute, historical home. Nestled just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk just about anywhere in the Historical District. The front porch was beautiful! We can't wait to come back! »

« We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask!...
