'Pros: Fuimos sin experiencia previa. Y el resultado fue difícil de mejorar. Antigua casa de pescadores, en inmejorable situación, que ha sido adecuadamente reformada con una mezcla de clásico y moderno. Cocina y sala de estar inferior, con acceso a piso intermedio y superior con las habitaciones. 1 baño por planta (3), y una terraza superior muy bien aprovechada. Todo absolutamente nuevo. 'Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Den Gartenbereich konnte man nicht nutzen, weil die Terrasse, gegenüber gelegen, komplett mit Sperrmüll vollgestellt war und der kleine Garten sehr ungepflegt war. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, verrostet und schmutzig.'
