Avia Villa is a lovely holiday home in Pefkous, perfect for up to 5 guests. It has a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and parasols, great for relaxing in the sun. The villa has two double bedrooms on the first floor and a sofa bed for one adult on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each floor.
Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. There is also a Smart TV in the bedrooms and in the living room. Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and a gas BBQ, perfect for meals in the fresh air.
The villa also offers private parking for up to three cars. With its quiet location and modern features, Avia Villa is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and fun holiday near the beach.


Avia Villa is located in the beautiful area of Pefkous, on the island of Rhodes, Greece. The villa is set in a quiet and peaceful spot, just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local shops. It’s the perfect place for guests who want to relax and enjoy the sun, sea, and nature. The popular village of Lindos is only a 10-minute drive away, where you can explore traditional streets, enjoy amazing views, and visit the famous Acropolis of Lindos. Rhodes Town and the airport are about an hour’s drive from the villa.
