'Chartfield Guesthouse is een fijn guesthouse met heerlijk ontbijt en mooi uitzicht op de zee & Kalk Bay. De locatie is verder ook erg goed. Kalk Bay is een authentiek en mooi gedeelte in Cape Town. Het zit vol met kleine boetiekjes en restaurants. Het ontbijt binnen Chartfield Guesthouse was voortreffelijk. 'A very welcoming hotel in the middle of Fish Hoek. All the staff we met could not do enough for us. Although there is no restaurant, The Peak coffee shop at 50m was great.'

'Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) '

'Beth is een geweldige gastvrouw. Haar staff is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. We kregen handige en goede tips voor restaurants en winkels in de buurt, maar ook voor bijvoorbeeld whale watching cruises. De kamer was ruim, met apart zitgedeelte met mooi uitzicht. De tuin heeft ook een fijn uitzicht. De ligging is prachtig en met googlemaps goed te vinden. Al met al een dikke aanrader. '
