Hidden in the National Forest of Rheezerveen, just a short drive from Zwolle, you’ll find our Wabi-Sabi Loft Bungalow – a beautifully renovated retreat inspired by Japanese simplicity and natural balance. Here you can unwind completely, surrounded by whispering trees, singing birds, and playful squirrels. It’s the perfect place to recharge, without having to travel all the way to Asia.

If this bungalow happens to be booked on your dates, no worries: we also offer five other uniquely themed bungalows, each within 40 meters of one another. Perfect if you want to rent several together – even up to all six for a group of 39 friends or family. More details: zenbungalows.nl.

Your stay 🛋️

Our bungalow and guesthouse are fully equipped for comfort and wellness. From the spacious living room, step straight into a serene garden, complete with a private hot tub and Finnish sauna.

Includes: bathrobes for adults, sauna towels, wood, oil for the sauna, and 1200 liters of water.

  🏠 Important: From 7 paying guests onward, the Japanese guesthouse (4th bedroom / outside guesthouse) is automatically included in the booking. It features a corner sofa mattress (2x 200x80 cm), heating, WiFi, and a garden view with direct access to the sauna & hot tub.

  🕒 Timing: Wellness can only be used the day after arrival, not on check-in day.
