'The pictures don’t do this place justice! I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The rooms and the hotel grounds are very well kept. I love the grounds with all of the details and sitting areas. The room was well appointed and I had plenty of space to unpack all my things comfortably. The beds are very comfortable. 'Het is een prima kamer met een goed bed en een goede douche. De kamer heeft geen magnetron, maar die is er wel in een gedeelde ruimte. De accomodatie ligt op ongeveer 10 min rijden van de Monterey haven, waardoor dit goed te combineren was met de walvissen excursie vroeg in de ochtend. De zee ligt op 10 mij lopen. Nadeel is wel dat de kamer niet donker en gehoorig is. Tot midden in de nacht hoorden we geluoden mensen van nabijgelegen kamers en van buiten.'
