« If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind and leave the world behind then look no further. This charming little property has everything you need. The weather wasn’t on our side but that didn’t matter. We were perfectly happy hunkered down in the pretty little hut, whiling away the hours. The facilities are great for what it is, and we found the bed particularly comfortable which was a bonus! All in all a fabulous place. »

« House suitable for our family group and children enjoyed cinema room. Shortage of mirrors in suitable locations. Eg by plugs for hairdryer. Location good and you don’t notice the large public car park. External household bins used by general public! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! »

« Just got back from 3 nights stay over Easter. This is a lovely little barn conversion, very quirky and compact but with everything you need. Nice little touches like hot cross buns, tea and milk left for us, as well as a bag of nibbles and a pocket sized local guidebook. The accommodation was very clean throughout, only thing I would say to be aware of is there isn't a parking space but you can park just outside on the road / track itself so no issue. The local area is beautiful, 10 mins walk...

« Lovely 3 night stay, perfect location, close to all amenities but not in the thick of it so not noisy. Parking for 1 car, bit tight but fine and a bonus in Wells. Nice court yard for our dog and secure. Clean cottage, only negative is my husband is 6’2” and the shower upstairs is in the bath so he was nearly touching the ceiling and the downstairs one is very small. Would definitely recommend this property though and will stay again »

« Ideal location in the heart of Wells and plenty of space for x3 couples. Heating effective and all rooms had enough space. Only complaint was that we moved some furniture and there was debris underneath and cobwebs in the lights and ceiling which surprised us in this climate we now have to live in. Also the stairs to one of the bedrooms were very steep and could cause some issues with people with poor mobility but overall we had an enjoyable stay »
