'Amazing breakfast and staff'

'Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

'It was a nice stay'

'Booked this property four months before arrival on Expedia as "pay at property" for a weeks stay. Was emailed in the morning of check in I needed to update my card information by 7:15 pm. I updated my info by 5pm but when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had been canceled. Was given a dirty room at my original rate for the first night but was forced to rebook the remaining nights at almost double the original rate. 'I fully paid in advance for my son to stay in this hotel but they charged him a $20 "convenience" fee. I'm not happy about that. I feel they took advantage of my son.'

'Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

'Very clean room, fantastic air conditioning, comfortable beds, and wonderfully attentive staff in the restaurant. Sadly, an early flight prevented us from having breakfast, but the front desk was fully staffed (at 4:00 am) and quickly handled our checkout. Would happily stay there again!'

'There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.'

'Really needs a makeover. Everything from furniture to sheets seem old. Coffeemaker and blow dryer did not work. Walls patched and painted over with different color. Would but stay at this hotel again'
