'Don't expect what you don't inspect. The initial room we were given was not even clean! I found at least 7 things and wasn't even looking. The toilet is so small it was only for a child. After discussing with front desk we were moved to a more appropriate room which was clean.'

It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. 'The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.'
