'Many minor repairs are needed. The home was as clean as it can get without renovation. Gas grill was filled with charcoal and ash. Yard is overgrown with long grass and weeds. Mattresses are as uncomfortable as sleeping on a hardwood floor. For the price and quality, I would have rather stayed at a hotel. If you like a comfortable couch and big TV, this is your place. If you value anything else about your stay, look somewhere else. '

'The neighborhood was the first thing we noticed when we got there. The house is not located in the best part of town, a bit sketchy. While the house was generally comfortable, the master bath had loose floor tiles and grout kept coming loose, not ideal for bare feet. The shower door allowed water to leak on the floor which was probably contributing to the loose tile issue. The pots and pans were worn and the finish was starting to come off.
