Wonderful week!
We just ended a wonderful week at this pot-nets vacation rental. The house was perfect for our family and dog, perfectly situated in the community and to our boat slip. Debbie was so great to work with! Very responsive and helpful! We are already trying to plan when we can return!

Relaxing get away
This bay view house in Long Neck is very new and beautiful. I enjoyed reading the morning paper on the front porch looking over the boats in the little inlet in front of the house. It was a short walk to a really nice little bayside beach and a 25 minute drive to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth. The bed was comfortable. We stay in many VRBOs and this one was a little more like a hotel in that while the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc, there were no things you might find in renting a VRBO that is sometimes inhabited. Like salt and pepper, but that is very minor. Overall we really liked the house and neighborhood for it's quiet walks (It was mid September so it there weren't many others around in the neighborhood. We would stay there again. Thanks, Ray

Very clean and spacious
Everything was immaculate and there was plenty of room for my husband and I...plus 4 teenagers! We loved the golf cart. Unfortunately, Paradise Grill restaurant wasn't open yet for the season but it's a 5 minute walk to it. I would also highly recommend Hide Out Bar and Grille for food, good service and 80's decor/ arcade fun for the kids!

Amazing Winter Getaway House
When we started looking for winter getaway, we knew we wanted to be near a beach. When we found this house, we knew we found something special. It sits just a short walk from the beach and offered a peaceful environment to enjoy time with friends.
The booking process was made especially easy with the help of Debbie from the management company. When ice storms hit prior to our arrival, she helped us check in early to keep us safe. As the organizer, I really enjoyed having someone I could reach out to directly and her customer service was exceptional.
The house is freaking beautiful! It was bigger than the pictures let on and was immaculately clean. The large kitchen and numerous seating options made it easy to congregate and enjoy time with one another. The kitchen had the essentials as did the bedrooms. I liked the front bedroom which had a private entrance that I used for morning walks.
The neighborhood was awesome too. We saw a lot of neighbors walking around the block and even ventured out to an estate sale. There were a lot of restaurant and grocery options nearby. We took advantage of the outlet mall and tax free shops nearby.
Overall, I'd I definitely recommend this home. It will meet your expectations and in many ways exceed them!

Very satisfied with this little gem in Pot Nets. House was great! Beautiful, clean and great location. Loved it! Convenient to all amenities and nice golf cart included would definitely recommend this property and would rent again.
