'Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. '

While booking in, the price jumped from $148 to $157. Cockroaches and dirt under the basin. Light in entry/batroom didn't work. Only 1 bedside table for a Queen Bed. TV was older LG with a black line across the screen. No extra pillows. Room for 2 people but only 1 biscuit, 1 set of cutlery, 2 cups and...
