« Check in was horrible as my room was not ready by 4pm. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The one front desk clerk proceeded to ask me questions while I was standing at the waiting sign versus directing me to come to the desk; very unprofessional. The Caucasian man that came behind me was greeted and treated with much better customer service. I was eventually given the key to my room but when I entered, housekeeping was still there so I returned to the check-in lobby. I waited around...
