« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience. »
