'Staff are excellent.. Always friendly and sorted out minor issues quickly. Rooms are clean. Beds and linen very nice and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great every morning. I have no complaints even though property is under a well needed renovation the staff do their best and the guest gets a great stay. Would recommend without hesitation excellent value and convenient location too'
