'Host Leslie was concerned about having us stay in Glamp Bernice during the 30-degree night, so she offered a heated cabin instead, which was pure delight. It is beautifully built and decorated, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies (except we couldn't find pot holders or dish towels), and provided spectacular views through the many large windows. 'This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. 'The perfect stay in nature, as much modern comfort as you could need. The Cabins for both sleeping and the bathroom stay toasty even when it's freezing outside, and the eating area is well managed to minimize bugs. Kevin (the host), makes himself scarce retaining that sense of privacy. But don't let him, as he's excellent company and one of the most helpful people you'll ever meet. 'The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. '
