'This was my 3rd one-night stay at the El Dorado Classic. This last visit I stayed on the 4th floor and the suite was basic but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was very hot water , which wasn’t available during previous stays in lower rooms. I did observe that the hot water began running out once. I also had difficulty charging my phone there, though the reception staff and another hotel staff were immediately responsive to aid me in this matter, just not in my actual room....

'The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious. My complaint is...

'I traveled with my family to the Cumaceba lodge. We stayed for three nights and four days. We had an amazing Amazon experience! Our guide Dixon was fabulous! He made our stay even better by his experience and knowledge of the area, animals, and flora. The 2 to 3 excursions per day kept us busy and always wanting to find more wonders of the rainforest. I would truly recommend this lodge if you are wanting a hands-on experience of the Amazon.'

'Bungalow 302 stinkt naar chloor want ligt direct aan het zwembad. Kreeg makkelijk een andere kamer, maar dat was geen bungalow.'

'Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön...im Garten laufen viele schöne Ziere herum. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und sauber !Man erhält jederzeit Unterstützung von dem Personal. Insgesamt liegt die Unterkunft sehr entspannt etwas weiter vom Zentrum und der Straße weg...perfekt. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm sondern nur Vögel und Grillen. TOP zum entspannen.'
