'The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options.'

"The breakfast buffet was good and the serving personal where all very polite and friendly. All the food was fresh and tasteful and plenty to choose from. Staff overal from the front desk to the cleaning staff where all very friendly and helpful when needed. All we saw of the hotel was clean. There are some things that need to be updated in the hotel but during our check in we were made aware of this. Would come back here when visiting the city."
