'The room was very clean, the staff we super responsive! The pull out couch was comfortable to sleep on and the breakfast was fresh, with tons of options (bacon, eggs, breakfast tacos, cereal, waffles, chia seed pudding, overnight oats, etc.). Very family friendly!'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'My room was clean and updated. The one issue was the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night when I hadn’t set it. Once a loud buzz sounded like a fire alarm & the next night music. They did finally resolve it after that. '

'We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And then our room was never cleaned. We are repeat customers. Not sure we will return'
