'Heerlijk hotel, redelijk nieuw op korte afstand van Seattle. Wij gingen naar dichtstbijzijnde treinstation om met de trein naar downtown te gaan. Leuke ervaring ook nog eens en scheelt een hoop parkeerkosten. Erg goed ontbijt in hotel, zeer ruime kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt'

'The important stuff: very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy room. Very clean Bathroom. Room darkening shades. Ray at the front desk was very helpful, so check-in was smooth and easy! Hotel was quiet at night. But as early as 6 AM door slamming and loud talking by folks leaving very early meant we were awake. After 14 hours of travel to get the motel by 11 and into bed by midnight, the last thing we wanted was to be jarred out of bed by any hotel noise!!!'

When I pointed out to manager that rate I was charged was more than currently advertised. He stated that is because expedia gets alot of the money. I would never stay there again and would never want...

'The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm.'

'When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. There are people...

'The staff was very helpful with setting up the shuttle and cab we needed. We had some other questions/issues and they were very eager to help with that as well. The room was super nice and modern. However, the walls seemed rather thin because we could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms very well. The price was very good and the vicinity to the airport was super handy.'

'Room did not have working shower and faucet. Staff promised maintenance in an hour but not fixed for our entire stay. No alternatives provided either. Room does not have a coffee machine and has a TV but no remote! In all poor experience.'

'They checked us in, gave us a room key and them asked for it back saying we were not allowed to check in tell 4pm... u think they would have told us that as we tried to check in at 2am after a long day evening of traveling. 'Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.'

'Hotel ligt tussen een aantal snelwegen, dus veel lawaai de hele nacht en veel fijnstof. Kamers worden pas schoon gemaakt bij verblijf vanaf 7 dagen. Ontbijt is Grab and Go, geen ontbijtzaaltje. Kamer stoffig.'
