'Room reserved was not the room we were assigned. I considered the room a big downgrade from what I reserved and paid for. Promised phone call from the manager never came.'

'When I got to my room it was so dirty that I had to get the clerk to move me to another room. I walk into the second room and it’s rice all on the floor. I open up the microwave and it’s a plate of food that had been in there for days .The air conditioner only worked on 1 temperature, so I will never go back there.'

'Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!'

'I wasn't in the room very much, but it was comfortable when I returned at the end of the day. No worries about bugs or dirty sheets. It was a very nice stay with friendly staff.'

'I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again'

'Definitely thought it was going to be bad but was happily surprised. The room was really clean and bath. No weird smells. AC was amazing. Staff was direct and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot close to the pier and food spots.'

'I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel.'

'The worst hotel experience ever. Trash and flies in the room, pee on the toilet, in side and out. Non-smoke room that people smoked in. Literally the cleaning lady smokes while cleaning Blankets has cigarettes burns and yellow spots Barry on the front desk was really disrespectful and trying to cut me off without giving me even towels for the room'

'The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...
