'Excellent, responsive host. Very pleasant to deal with. Great communication, easy check in and out. Loved that this was pet friendly. Permanent resident owner on one side very friendly but does have cats- in case you have a dog that doesn’t love them! Little pet amenities: bowls, leash, rug area for food, pet bed, extra litter bags nice touches. Easy walking to sports center and pool and not far from the highway make this a good location. 'We enjoyed having two full bathrooms. We loved having a park to enjoy while sitting on the porch. We walked to town and took advantage of the river trail that was so close! The owner was very great with communication. Overall very pleasant experience.'

We rented the property because we need two beds. I was promised a call from management to discuss a discount, but never received one. The pictures on the website are not actually where the room is. This is an apartment complex with long term residence and nightly rentals. We were not on the water front as the pictures...

'We came for mother's day weekend. The room was nice. There was just no extra blanket for the pull out couch. And the main bed was most uncomfortable. The veiw was absolutly amazing. The trails were fantastic. Everything we needed to cook. Quiet at night, you can really hear the water. Overall, pretty good find. '
