BB Cabin By The River

Upon entry into this lovely mountain home you will walk into the open and cozy the well thought out kitchen finished out with lots of cupboards and counterspace, island, dishwasher, trash compactor and scenic placed South faced window looking out towards the red river. The washer dryer are stowed away behind the french doors across from the island. Continuing on you'll find the spacious and comfortable living/dining area complete with a wood burning stove insert, flat screen smart TV, large traditional dining table with plenty of seating, foldout sofa and glass doors that lead out to the large sun deck where you can walk out and take in the babbling Red River where the family can cast a line or two from the deck for our local rainbow and brown trout while breathing in all the crisp mountain air and listening to nature sing it's beautiful songs from the surrounding Carson National Forest including coyote howls, elk bugles during the Autumn rut and the aspen/evergreen trees quaking in the wind! To the West of the kithen you’ll find two bedrooms, one housing a Queen sized bed and smart flat screen tv, the other furnished with a King bed and smart TV. The full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo, vanity and throne is located at the head of the hallway, at the base of the staircase. Following the stairs upward you'll find the Primary Bedroom complete with a king sized bed, and smart flat screen TV, and a private balcony that overlooks the river. On the landing you'll find two twin beds, a foosball table that converts intos 10 different games, a private door leading to another balcony overlooking the river and the upstairs full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo, toilet and vanity. In the last bedroom you'll find two twin beds with trundles, a smart flast creen tv and private balcony overlooking the parking area. Outside you have a comfortable riverfront yard for your little ones to run off that extra energy! There is a firepit with plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows and reminisce about the good ‘ol days and lots of river frontage access and a mini "pond" to enjoy the greatness of the Red River! There is adequate parking at our mountain home, so space for the whole gang and some toys! You can just jump on your razor and head for the trails straight from the driveway! (Please be mindful of your neighbors and all local speed/traffic laws). This home is complete with Wi-Fi and Smart TV's in each Bedroom and Living Areas to access your favorite streaming apps so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain and river views from all the decks/balconies and is located just a short distance (4.5 miles/10 minute drive) from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.
