I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad.'

'I loved everything about this hotel. Just know that whenever I go to Orlando or anywhere close by, the Alfond Inn is where I will stay for life!!! The staff was wonderful the restaurant inside the hotel the food was so good.'

'We had a good stay here at this hotel. There was enough parking spots even if we came home late at night. Pool was small though. My boys appreciated the basketball court next to the pool however it was too hot to play most of the time since we were there end of June. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was good, kitchen and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. W we stayed for 10 days and room service was done every other day. The pull out bed was terrible though, as to be expected I...

'Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again.'
