'We were initially given keys to a room that was already occupied. Kind of embarrassing to open the door to find someone is staying in there.'

'Staff were talking loud outside our door at 6 am !! A dog barking in the hallway at night. No proper lounge areas. Breakfast ends at 9 ! Room was decent and clean. Bed sheets and pillow covers looked clean but smelled off.'

However, during this July 4th stay, the internet in my room didn't work; despite complaining three times, they never fixed it, and I couldn't use my laptop. We were also without power from 9:30 PM Saturday until 9:00 AM; during that time, there were no lights or air conditioning, and the temperature was 90°F—nothing electrical worked. 'The hotel is okay and good for families; the pool is small, and the lobby restroom wasn't working. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend it if you want to be close to the beach—it's a 15-minute drive away.'
