Set within a backdrop of lush tropical hills and located 400 meters from the locally renowned Rawai beach. A 700 meter walk in the opposite direction is “Ya Nui beach” a beautiful stretch of Golden sand idyllic for sunbathing, snorkeling and kayaking.
There is a convenient store for basic groceries, fully equipped gym, local restaurants and shops where you can enjoy a relaxing massage, fresh coconut or a cooked meal located within 200 meters of the estate.
The villas all feature a large open plan living area with a unique 3 way door system; the 3m high glass doors slide right back to provide unobstructed views of your very own tropical pool oasis.

The fully equipped kitchens are complete with all modern appliances and connect directly to the dining and lounge area. The lounge area features a 55 inch full HD smart TV, relaxing sofas, High speed internet, cable TV, air-conditioning throughout, a high vaulted ceiling and remote controlled ceiling fan.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern Thai style décor; they feature extra-large beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms can be adapted to accommodate a super king size bed layout or a twin bed option depending on your needs.
All Bedrooms feature private en suit bathrooms with very spacious walk in showers, They all feature Wardrobes, make up tables, 32 inch flat screen TV’S, Air-conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans.
