'Mycket bra boende, nära stranden, bra utrustat.'

'Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants.'

'Luca, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Due to a mix up in the Expedia booking, Luca transferred us to an apartment with the view of Basilica de Santa Maria. Watching the sunrise was from our room made our Ravenna experience unforgettable. Luca also made sure we got a ride to the port.'

'We had a deluxe twin bed apartment which was well laid out with plenty of space but a little worn and in need of an update especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned too and we're covered with hairs but the next morning they came and gave them a good clean. Equipment in the kitchen is limited but sufficient with an old fashioned stove top kettle - not electric so not really the 'tea/coffee maker' stated. 'La chambre était grande et très confortable. Le personnel est également très gentil. Le quartier est calme. Le seul hic, c'est les murs fins.. On entends pas mal ce qui se passe dans l'établissement. Mais à part ça tout est parfait'
