'Stayed one night in a double room here and In a remote location on a farm and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s minutes away from plane wreck and Seljalandfoss which made for a healthy hike on a summer evening. Everything is self explanatory/ service and more of a hostel feel than guesthouse or hotel which we didn’t mind at all. 'Godaland is conveniently located for visits to southern Iceland and to a small town with thermal pools and an interesting artist’s cafe. It is a large facility with some 90+ guests. Our room was very clean with external bathroom. We enjoyed our stay but for the price it was not exceptional.'
