'Flat clean and tidy. The flat was not the one shown on the pictures and the view was definitely nit the one on the pictures! Also I would not stay there again because of the constant noise from the metro, we had 2 children under 10 who could not sleep because of the noise. I feel we should have been warned about this. If we had been warned I would not have booked it.'

'Prior to our arrival the communication with our host was fine. We notified our host of our arrival time. Host prepared detailed instructions on how to access the property. There was an outside locked gate, a locked vestibule and then a locked door to enter inside to all of the apartments. However, the instructions did not work for entering the property. 'Beautiful, clean close to the elevated train that you could take right to Notre Dame the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero coffee you can make your own food in the room. There’s a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. We would come back.'

'This experience was a disaster from the get go. We had 3 nights booked for 4 of us. We had ZERO communication from the host ( and still haven’t had any ). My 7 year old daughter and myself sat in front of the property for 2.5 hours because nobody had told us how to access the property, and my numerous messages went unanswered. 'The bathroom had an off putting smell. It would have been nice to have a real bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner in more than a packet. The shower needs a shelf to put things on( soap) and the floor floods. A new sponge ( instead of an old used one) and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.. There was no garbage can for trash or trash bag to take to the cans on the first floor. '

Beaucoup de difficultés pour trouver une place pour la voiture le temps de récupérer la clé de l'appartement.Equipements du logement très succins : Pas de cafetière pour le petit-déjeuner du matin, uniquement une machine expresso. Pas de rangement lingerie dans la petite chambre. Vaisselle et ustensiles restreints.'

'We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was exactly as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. If you are traveling from another country, you may want to bring adapters along for your electrical devices. We did not see any in the apartment, but we did bring our own just in case. Maybe they are available, but we didn’t think to ask. They were very accommodating to hold our luggage at their business address when we arrived and before leaving so we could walk around Paris without dragging our bags....
