'A/C didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain'

'There were spider web above one of the beds and 2 spiders, one on the ceiling right above one bed and the other on towards the the end of the wall where the other bed is at. When we told the person at the front desk, there was nothing she could do. I asked for a broom, i killed them myself. The beds move when leaned on, I almost fell. One tiny bar of soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo, and a tiny bottle of cream. We booked a room for two adults. Clearly that was not enough. I would NEVER recommend...

'An easy walk to Olive Garden or Dickey's BBQ which is nice. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. One of my Pinhurst go-to hotels.'

'Carpet is dirty, places smells dingy! Definitely need some TLC, we had to spray perfume in the room and on the bedding room smells old!'

'The room was disgusting. The toilet and bathtub was extremely old and deteriorating. The room had so much dirt piled up in corners. The floor was dirty as if it had not been cleaned in awhile. Above all, the breakfast selection was minimal to none. They did not even have boiled eggs as a selection.'
