The modern furnished vacation apartment is located in Markelfingen, a district of the town of Radolfzell. The Lake Constance cycle path also runs directly through the town. This makes Markelfingen an ideal starting point for long and short cycle tours, hikes and day trips. Public transportation is available within walking distance. The Markelfingen campsite is a 10-minute walk away and offers great swimming and play opportunities for young and old.



A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking spaces are available on the street.



The spacious 80 m² accommodation offers fantastic views of Lake Constance and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and 2 single beds (90 x 200). It is possible to put the single beds together to make a double bed - so the apartment can be used flexibly for either 4 adults or a family with up to 3 children (one of them in a crib).

The bathroom is equipped with towels, toilet paper, an initial supply of shampoo and a hairdryer. The towel radiator ensures warm towels after a relaxing shower.



The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. This means that hungry stomachs can easily be satisfied and the dishwasher takes care of the washing up.

An initial small selection of coffee and tea is available on arrival. Salt, pepper and oil as well as kitchen towels and tea towels are part of the basic equipment.



You will also find everything you need for a sociable evening in the apartment - board and card games, a Bluray player with a selection of movies and a well-equipped children's corner are available. Internet access is also provided via free WLAN.



A baby package with baby crib, changing table, high chair and toilet seat is provided free of charge if required.
