Villa Zio Tore Trilo are holiday homes for rent in Torre Suda. The apartments are in a lovely Mediterranean villa, equipped with air conditioning, hair-dryer and tv.
The two three-room apartments (Esa and Ia) accommodate up to 4 guests each. The guests have access to the swimming pool in the courtyard of the villa, which is shared with the other units.

The two apartments are on the ground floor of the seafront villa, lower than the street level.
The units consist of a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchenette, sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The air conditioning is in the living room.

The Trilo are in Villa Zio Tore, a seafront property in Torre Suda,
on the street that arrives at Mancaversa. The city centre of Torre Suda
is very lively during Summer and with many town services.
This
tract of coast is characterized by rocky beaches and accessible cliff
with crystal clear sea. Moreover, it is very close to the beaches of
Baia Verde, near Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni, near Ugento.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
