'The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful'

'This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant.
