'El hotel es de estilo rústico, es una casa antigua tradicional de Valparaíso, casi un museo de antigüedades. Lo cual tiene un gran encanto si sabes observarlo. Lo mejor es la atención y la plática de Marco. La ubicación es buena y en la terraza la vista al mar es increíble.'

'I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed.'
