1. Please keep the exterior doors locked for safety and to prevent crime.
2. We ask that you use water and electricity sparingly and responsibly.
3. This is a quiet and peaceful area, so please keep music at a moderate volume.
4. Pets are allowed only upon prior request. Please do not allow them on beds, armchairs, or furniture, and prevent them from scratching or scuffing doors or other objects; ensure their waste is cleaned up immediately.
5.-For direct reservations, in addition to getting a better rate, you’ll need to leave a cash deposit (via bank transfer) of $5000.000, which will be refunded upon your departure, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
6.-We ask that you follow the house rules, such as NOT smoking indoors; please use the outdoor areas for smoking.
7.-Since this is a private home, the safety measures are the same as you would find in any other home. The fences are lightweight and have gaps, so we recommend keeping a close eye on children.
8.-The beds do not include sheets or towels.
9.-There is no additional charge for the hot tub; you only need to pay for the firewood to heat it.
10.-Wood-burning heating is at the guest’s expense.
11.-The pool is semi-heated from October through March.
