'We recently spent ten days at Casa Alegria and it was ten days in paradise! The house was gorgeous, the view incredible and daily visits from the monkeys much to everyone's delight! Mauricio was a tremendous help with questions prior to arrival and helping to arrange transportation and activities and he checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Small problem with the AC in living area was dealt with immediately. I was a little unsure about having a housekeeper there all day but...

'Jungle Roost is simply beautiful. A real jungle paradise. Close to the beautiful beaches and Manuel Antonio Park. The house has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool every day. 'We had our coffee in the morning with monkeys! This is a beautiful well equipped home with a view of the jungle. We had a very relaxing stay. The home is a short drive to Manuel Antonio and many restaurants and shops. The town's power goes out occasionally. The owner was there to tell us it doesn't last long and brought an extra flashlight and power brick for phones. He is putting in solar to solve the problem. The road to the house is a bit rough so drive slowly. Everything is as pictured.'

'The home was big and well appointed. The pool is on the 3rd level and was refreshing. The house has all the modern conveniences but we lost electricity several times. Easy drive into Manual Antonio or Quapos. Both have lots of restuarants and the beach is close, about 10-12 minutes by car. They have an excellent coffe shop with homemade breads in the first town. We didnt visit the tidepools as the walk was too steep for us so cannot comment on that. Overall a nice place to stay. '

'Loved the home! We felt safe and secure. Friendly neighbor with lots of cats and dogs! You should have 4-wheel drive to get to and from home.'

'We had a wonderful time at Mi Casa Es Su Casa! It was situated just a short walk from many vibrant and delicious beach restaurants, and was just a few minutes’ drive from the stunning Espadilla beach. The house was beautiful, clean, had an awesome pool, and offered tremendous amenities to boot. Mauricio was wonderful and set us up with everything we needed - including a private chef! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Loved it and 10/10 would stay again!'

"Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit eerlijk gezegd een beetje tegenvallen. Ik had gedacht dat het hotel in een rustige omgeving zou liggen, maar onze kamer lag vlak naast de weg , waar ook een restaurant zat met hele dag muziek tot 21:00 uur. Kamer had verder een slechtsluitende deur, geen stopcontacten naast het bed en de stopcontact van koffemachine deed het niet. Er waren verder ook veel positieve dingen hoor, zoals een fijne warme douche, gratis kluisje, koelkast en een mooi zwembad. Ook het eten bij het restaurant van het hotel (50 m verder) was top. "
