The open kitchen, with its central island, blends seamlessly into the dining room and living room, where a gas fireplace adds a cozy touch.

On this floor, you'll find a three-season solarium, ideal for extending your relaxation and enjoying the natural surroundings, even when summer draws to a close. Completely enclosed by mosquito nets, this space allows you to enjoy beautiful evenings without being bothered by mosquitoes and other small visitors.



The master suite is a true cocoon with its king-size bed, private bathroom (freestanding bathtub, glass-enclosed shower), and its own air conditioning unit.

Very clean, well kept, close to subdivision amenities( pool, pickleball court, sauna, clubhouse), has pool table and foosball table( which was the big hit)!!! Highly recommend Enjoy!
