'Très bien situé, tout Rouen peut se visiter à pied. Quartier animé mais calme autour du logement. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité Un seul sofa, peu confortable, le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre qui est à l’étage, le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, le lave-vaisselle non plus. Communication difficile avec le proprio, pas eu de réponse à deux e-mail'

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à quatre ! L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre. Gros coup de cœur pour la décoration Harry Potter ! La place de parking est assez difficile d’accès (mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture) et nous avons noté une forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Cela n'a pas gâché notre plaisir, mais c'est à noter.'

The unit is tiny, but clean and tastefully decorated, with sufficient kitchen equipment for self-catering. A lovely bathroom, with plenty of hot water, but no hair dryer.
