'The staff was rude and does not accommodate guest'

'First of all when we got into the building the young lady made us feel very hospitable and had very good conversation. 5 star on it Got into the room, clean and perfect for stay with good view outside. I feel bad in a few things, the blanket is cheap and i felt iching while sleeping. And the sound problem from front door, the oposite side someone was there making so noise whole night i couldn’t sleep whole night.. it would be better to have some noise reduction thing at the door and the bed...
