'The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for...

Clean, nice and well appointed rooms.
An excellent location to everything in the historic district, French Quarter and waterfront.
The staff were amazing, especially the young man who checked us in. He had great knowledge of the area, places to eat amd sights to see. I will definitely stay at this property again. '

'The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. We had a room with two double beds. The bathroom is nice, spa like with heated towels. The location was excellent by as it was in walking distance of notable restaurants, the marketplace and many other attractions. The only thing to note is that the hotel has a bar but no restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning. You have to go out for lunch and dinner. The staff was very accommodating. '

'This was an awful experience. We arrived at 3:55 to a room that hadn’t been cleaned… it smelled, there was trash everywhere, bed was a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor. I called and was told the cleaners were running behind and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Wasn’t even offered an apology. When we retuned, the room had been slightly cleaned, but still wasn’t great. The floors were dirty, mildew in the bathroom, overall dirty. This was such a disappointing stay. I don’t think you...
