'Beautiful place. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Host provides beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Balcony with a nice view table and chairs. Beautiful beach on the property and pool. Restaurants and ferry within 5 minutes from property. Highly recommended Clear instructions for everything. Free parking and gated community. Location is great. Close to everything. Highly recommended '

'Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....

'Great place to stay! DeShawn was excellent with all the communication prior to arrival. Loved the video showing the drive to the house. The place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Water, soft drinks, tea, coffee and some snacks were left for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. DeShawn's Dad, Warren, was very helpful while we were there. Thank you!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island...

'Room was exactly as described. Cute..small...but who needs more than a bed and a fridge in paradise. Amenities of facility having beach chairs and snorkeling gear for patrons to use saved tons of money at beaches that charge big fees for that stuff. Highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling alone or with one friend and a small budget.'
