There is no air conditioning, but a passive geothermal cooling system keeps the house comfortable in summer; it is recommended to keep windows and blinds closed during the hottest hours. If your group is smaller than the maximum capacity, not all rooms and bathrooms may be available.



Shared parking is available on the property, and an electric vehicle charging point is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome, and events are not allowed.



The estate is in a protected natural area, so barbecue use is prohibited at times according to wildfire prevention regulations. There is also an electric fence for wildlife protection, activated from 8:00 p.m., clearly marked and safe.
