The upstairs bedroom was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use during warmer weather. The bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates, especially the tub/shower. « we were a family group of 4 adults and a 4 year old visiting local family. we had plenty of room to gather with local family and have dinner. The fenced in yard was very handy as we also had our small dog with us. kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable »

« We stayed at the Carriage House over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is very convenient to access, and has great walking areas around Vander Veer Park and the "Outing Club" area. The accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, with period furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of space.
