With 140 feet of frontage and only 12 minutes to the Ponce Inlet, you’ll be out on the water in no time. A boat dock with electric and water are also great for easy cleanup after your day at sea.

      The 3 bedrooms in this home are cozy and spacious, providing refuge after a day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.

     The first guest bedroom has a full bed while the other has a queen. Each guest bedroom is perfect for the friends and family that join on your spectacular vacation.

     The living spaces here are also open, spacious and filled with gorgeous natural light. The living room features a large wraparound couch, huge flat-screen TV, along with gorgeous views of the pool and patio.
