My husband and I booked a trip to this resort for our 9th wedding anniversary and my college graduation. The resort was beautiful however, the directions to the room are very confusing. It’s so easy to get lost and when it gets dark the lighting on the resort is not good! The food was not good at all but we did not get to eat at all the restaurants due to reservations. It says reservations are always full but when you see the restaurant’s not every table is full. Some of the employees are rude but we loved Jha the bartender and Martina the cleaning staff!! They were amazing, caring, helpful and always smiling.

I feel the food choices were very limited, was not too impressed with food. Pool/beach should be opened a bit longer than 7pm. I disliked the fact that though I was a premium member, I had to walk far from my room to everything premium

The hotel is just ok. There is absolutely nothing to write home about. The property is clean, the buffet is the same thing every single day. Getting reservations at the ‘specialty’ restaurants is virtually impossible if you are just there for a weekend. The hostess Daniella is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She’s pretentious- she has absolutely no customer service skills. She was snobby, rude, condescending, and a biaaaa. Soley based on her I would never ever visit this hotel again.

Nice place with some issues. A C in room was not that good. The beef and chicken were very cheap quality. To much pressure by the people working the Extradian time share. In general the employees were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was close, walkable. We were right next to a pool, and a few feet from the beach! The buffet, lobby and activities were all outside so have to be ok with the heat.

Hotel is clean, rooms seem new, really nice. Beach front and ocean are beautiful, but as soon as you walk your way off the beach from there are public beaches, which if great everyone to have access but unfortunately that are not maintained by anyone thus lost of garbage gets accumulated making unsafe to walk barefoot and not pleasant to see. Hotel doesn’t have a beach front algae cleaning service like the hotels nearby so it can take fue days before cleaned up. During our stay (March 2024) a group of tourists/ guest dedicated about 2 hr each morning to clean and pick up algae while staff were pretending to work. The restaurant service was awful, this at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants, I even had to report a cook’s bad attitude to a supervisor. It takes for ever to get drinks, so much the we stood up to get them as the bar on each meal. Food was just basic, if you are the ripe to eat Kaft dinners at home you will be ok other than that not good, burgers, hotdogs, pasta and pizza plus few other things. Restaurants don’t serve coffee (except for breakfast) if you want a coffee after lunch or dinner at lobby they have a great coffee shop. As well I had to report a horrible cook’s attitude to a supervisor on how he treated guests, could be an isolated case, but the service was awful every day. So for these reasons I would not recommend this hotel, better places like Riu, Bahia and Iberostar among other are better option if you want to enjoy your stay.

If you go here, ask for Gabby in the lobby he was the best part of this place. He helped us book our excursions and was so kind. He speaks 5 languages which is such a big plus! The hotel itself was clean. The everyday buffet was ok the food was bland but decent selection. The biggest issue was how hot our room was. The ac unit said 15 Celsius which is 59 degrees, and the room was definitely like 85. We called for someone to come and try to fix it. They came and as they’re “fixing it” they said in Spanish they don’t know what they need to do and one of them said just do something so we can leave. They didn’t think I spoke Spanish. They promised before they left the room would feel like “Alaska” and to wait 20 min for it to kick in. We waited 1 hour and I called again for them to atleast bring us a fan. They said they would send someone else again, and never did. We spent the night asleep on the top sheet and barely clothed. The next morning I called again, and they kept pushing to have someone come again, I told them someone already did and nothing changed. I asked for a fan again and they said they can’t give one. They said they would send someone so I said ok. They once again did not come. We spent the next 6 days sleeping in the heat. I heard multiple other guest complain about this and nothing was done about it. So the key was cold showers every time we came back to the room and no clothes. Overall prob won’t stay here again and will try another place.

We liked the property, set up and accommodations. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. We thought the food was sub par versus some other all inclusives weve been to. The restaurants were also all booked when we arrived so it took some arm wrestling with concierge to get dinner reservations.

Everything about this resort was disappointing. Room was very uncomfortable..bed and pillows. No activities at this resort.. they listedca casino on site and golf course..and lets not forget the disco.. all false advertising. Food was disgusting. My best friend had food poisoning from raw chicken served at the buffet restaurants required reservations and no one helps to make the reservations through ones phone . All but one bar closes at five p.m . Except for lobby bar with only a few tablrs to sit down. Apparently the lobby lounge was the disco...what a joke. We save all year to go on our birthday vacations.. we have been to many resorts in the tropics.. do yourself a favor..dont waste your money on this charade of a resort. One last thing. This resort was listed as a non smoking facility . Ash trays provided all over the resort. Remember not except ice in your room..its like pulling teeth to get a little ice. All and all this place sucks and i cannot report anything good about impressive punta cana all inclusive resorts

Upon arrival we tried to book restaurant reservations for the week. We were able to only get one reservation the entire week. Defeated the purpose of all inclusive. Was extremely dissatisfied as we had to leave resort for dinners unless we wanted the same buffet every night

Everything was good, just the people in the blue shirts the ones that say that a free breakfast and to give you some info they attack you so much call at 8 in the morning like 4 times if you dont answer they come knocking on your door even if you have the do not disturb sign on the door, so annoying, they are standing there by the entrance of the buffet so if you go to eat before you go in they stop you and try to convince you, when you come out of the buffet they stop you again, you try to go to the coffee shop to get a coffee by the lobby they stop you and sit you down, they dont take NO for an answer. Thats the only thing my wife and i didn't like we felt like we had to be watching our backs and hidding from these people!!!!!

Very nice layout with mature trees throughout providing natural shade. Pool is ok but the beach is amazing.

Excellent beachfront. No seaweed, beautiful sand. Lovely staff that are friendly. Clean. Food was good. Pools were nice. Easy to navigate the property. It’s not a fancy place, however an absolute bargain. For the price point you can’t beat it.

fui con mi familia un grupo de 10 personas y trato fue mas de lo que esepraba,la comida,actividades,servicio,musica y el personal super amable.mi famila y yo quedamos super encantado que ya estamos pensando en regresar. Lo unico que puedo desir que el Casino estaba cerrado y fue una de las cosas que mi mama queria usar pero a menos de 5 minutos a las a fuerra hay varios.

Staff was very rude, couldn’t book any reservations at inclusive restaurants entire time there because they save reservations for premium members. Golf carts constantly running around almost running people over. Got harassed every time left room either by people trying to sell membership or by vendors non stop. Very loud every night music goes on til 2-3am nonstop. Beach is very small and over crowded and they treat guests differently depending if your a member there will not go back!!
